If cable companies ran the internet, you might have a hard time viewing my page. Please help defend the internet. Internet users (you) need to stand up to preserve net neutrality! If we don’t the FCC and Congress will sell bandwidth to corporations and small businesses could be left with very slow connections. It doesn’t stop there. Having the government and corporations rule the web could lead to what is essentially censorship. We’ve grown up with the ability to take our opinions and causes to the web and it’s something many of us take for granted. If we don’t act now our blogs and independent video channels could be left in the dust.
